Insane spot! Personally, I cannot say if it is a downgrade or not, because if you can afford the breathtaking Utopia, than surely you can afford the Valhalla as well. 😉

Really cool spot. I'd have the Valhalla purely because I think the Utopia spec was hideous. If not for the spec i'd take a Utopia. Congrats on SOTD
