My brother and I spotted this Georgia tagged bull ( S1LVF0X ) driving down Haynes Bridge Road in Alpharetta. The driver ended up parking in front of an Office Building complex located behind the ' Ruth Chris Steakhouse ' off of Rainwater Drive.
