I spotted this modified 2013 SRT Viper GTS turning onto Catoonah Street on 8/22/2015. Some Google searches later, I found it's a 1 of 1 build by Woodhouse Motorsports in Blair, Nebraska. There were lots of mods done to this thing, and there are just too many to name on here.
